Board of Jointeca Education Solutions considers change in directorate

At meeting held on 28 February 2015

Jointeca Education Solutions announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 February 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following Matters:

1. Appointment of Richa Vashishth as an additional director in the category of non executive independent women director of the Company.

2. To Consider and approve the reappointment of Vishal Mishra as a Managing Director of the Company for five years w.e.f. from 15 December 2014.

3. To Consider and approve the reappointment of Alok Mittal as a Whole-Time Director of the Company for five years w.e.f. from 15 December 2014.

4. To Consider and approve the reappointment of Umesh Chand Sharma as Whole-Time Director of the Company for five years w.e.f. from 15 December 2014.

5. To accept the resignation of Neerav Nimesh from Directorship of the Company.

6. To accept the resignation of Vivek Mishra from Directorship of the Company.
