Board of Kitex Garments recommends final dividend

Of Rs 1.25 per share

Kitex Garments announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 4 April 2015, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.25 per equity Share (i.e. 125%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
