Board of Kwality approves conversion of warrants

Kwality announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 January 2015, has discussed and approved the conversion of 1,55,44,041 warrants (issued at a price of Rs. 48.25/-) into equal numbers of equity shares of face value of Rs. 1/- each allotted to Pashupati Dairies under Section 42 and 62 (1)(c) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Chapter VII of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Regulations) 2009.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
