LGB Forge announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 January 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:1. B. Hari Ganesh, Company Secretary of the Company has resigned with effect from 30 January 2015.
2. G. Karthik has been appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 30 January 2015.
3. R. Ramakrishnan has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 30 January 2015.
