Board of Nestle India declares second interim dividend

Of Rs 30 per share

Nestle India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 September 2014, have declared second interim dividend for the year 2014 aggregating to Rs. 30/- per equity share (face value Rs. 10/- per equity share). This includes an additional interim dividend of Rs. 10/- per equity share as the Company has completed the major capital expenditure programme announced in 2010 and has fully repaid the borrowings made for capital expenditure. The total interim dividend amounting to Rs. 2,892 million will be paid on and from 26 September 2014.
