The Board of NxtDigital at its meeting held on 26 February 2021 has appointed Vynsley Fernandes (DIN: 02987818), as 1) an Additional Director and 2) Managing Director and Chief Executive office of the Company for a period of three years with effect from 26 February 2021 subject to approval of shareholders.
