At meeting held on 07 November 2014
Omansh Enterprises announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 November 2014, inter alia, has :1. The Board considered and approved the proposal of change in the Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company subject to the approval of the Members.
2. The Board considered and approved the proposal of Sub-Division of 1 (one) Equity Share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each into 5 (Five) Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each subject to the approval of the Members.
3. The Board approved the proposal of conducting the Postal Ballot for seeking the approval of the Members for the following purposes:
- Change in the Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company;
- Sub-Division of 1 (one) Equity Share of the face value of Rs. 10/- each into 5 (Five) Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each.
