Appointment of Vikas G Gadre as an Additional Director in the capacity of Independent Director of the Company.

Appointment of Subhash N Ghalke as an Additional Director in the capacity of Independent Director of the Company.

Appointment of Sanjivani S Patare as an Additional Director in the capacity of Independent Director and Woman Director of the Company.

Appointment of Rishikesh P Herlekar as an Additional Director in the capacity of Executive Director of the Company.

Appointment of Prakash H Rao as an Additional Director in the capacity of Executive Director of the Company.
