Orient Abrasives announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 August 2016, inter alia, approved and took note of the following:- The Registered Officer of the Company stands shifted from NCT of New Delhi to State of Gujarat, vide registration certificate issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat.
