The Board of PDS Multinational Fashions at its meeting held on 14 November 2018 has approved --Appointed Omprakash Makam S. Setty the existing Chief Financial Offer as Chief Executive Officer and whole time Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 1 December, 2018.
-Appointed Ajai Singh as Chief Financial Officer and whole time Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 1 December, 2018.
