Board of Reliance Power appoints director

At meeting held on 18 July 2014

Reliance Power announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 July 2014, have appointed Sateesh Seth as an Additional Director of the Company.

He will be a Non-executive, Non-independent Director on the Board.
