Board of Schaeffler India approves shifting of registered office

At meeting held on 16 February 2021

The Board of Schaeffler India at its meeting held on 16 February 2021 has approved shifting of registered office from jurisdiction of Registrar of Companies, Mumbai to Registrar of Companies, Pune within the State of Maharashtra, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting and Statutory Authorities.
