Shree Renuka Sugars announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 June 2015, inter alia, approved the appointment of -- Jean-Luc Bohbot and AtuI Chaturvedi as Nominee Directors of Wilmar Sugar Holdings, w.e.f. 24 June 2015; and
- Ashit Mallick as an Independent Director of the Company, w.e.f. 24 June 2015.
