Board of Starlite Components decide to increase authorised share capital

Starlite Components announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 01 July 2015, transacted the following:Increase the existing authorised share capital of the Company from Rs. 9 crore to Rs. 18 crore. Make necessary alteration to Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association in this regard.
