Board of Sundram Fasteners recommends interim dividend

Sundram Fasteners announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 2 November 2015, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 0.85 per equity Share (i.e. 85%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
