Board of Sunrise Industrial Traders does not recommend dividend
At meeting held on 29 May 2015
Sunrise Industrial Traders announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 May 2015, inter alia, considered and approved the following business:1. No dividend has been recommended by the Board for the year ended 31 March 2015; and
2. Re-appointed M/s. R. A. Rajani & Co. as the Statutory Auditors for the financial year 2015-2016.
