Technocraft Industries (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 February 2015, inter alia, has been taken following decisions :1. The Board has approved the appointment of S. K. Saraf, who is the Managing Director of the Company, as the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company to fill the vacancy arisen in the office of the Chairman due to demise of M.D. Saraf.
2. Appointment of Sudarshan Kumar Saraf who is Managing Director of the Company, as a Co Chairman and Managing Director of the Company.
3. Appointment of V. C. Saraf as Independent Director of the Company.
4. Appointment of Vinod Agarwala as Independent Director of the Company.
5. Appointment of Navneet Kumar Saraf as Whole Time Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Company.
6. Appointment of Ashish Kumar Saraf as Whole Time Director of the Company.
7. Appointment of Anil Gadodia as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
