At meeting held on 12 September 2015
Tirupati Sarjan announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 September 2015, have approved/ noted the following:1. Rajeshbhai Jaswantlal Shah, has been appointed as a Non Executive Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. 12 September 2015.
2. Yogeshbhai Mohanlal Kothari, appointed as advisor to Board of Director for strategic planning, and business development of the Company.
The Company's move to appoint such professional in the Company is a step forward for professional management in the Company and better transparency of shareholders, bankers and for better management of resources of the Company.
