At meeting held on 26 October 2015

Trinity League India announced that the following matters were approved in the Board meeting held on 26 October 2015:

1. Appointment of Alok Sinha as additional director of the Company w.e.f. 26 October 2015.

2. Resignation of Ashwani Sethi as Director of the Company w.e.f. 26 October 2015.
