The Board of Umiya Tubes at its meeting held on 09 October 2019 has approved the following -

1. Resignation of Beena P. Vahgela as Director of the Company vide her letter dated 9 October, 2019 with immediate effect due to pre-occupancy.

2. Resignation of Rikenkumar B. Patel as Chief Financial Officer of the Company vide his letter 9 October, 2019 with immediate effect due to pre-occupancy.

. Resignation of Vikramkumar G. Patel as Independent Director of the Company vide his letter dated 9 October, 2019 with immediate effect due to pre-occupancy.
