Board of Uniworth Textiles approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 19 January 2018

Uniworth Textiles announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 19 January 2018 has approved the appointment of Bahadur Ram Mallah as an Additional Director of the company with effect from 18 January 2018, appointment of Chanchal Ashok Khandelwal as an Additional Director of the company with effect from 18 January 2018 and resignation of Nirmal Kumar Garg and Naresh Bhimrao Kharpkar from the Board with effect from 18 January 2018.
