Board of Vardhman Polytex appoints Chairman
At meeting held on 26 December 2018
Vardhman Polytex announced that Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 26 December 2018 has approved the following -Adish Oswal has been appointed as Chairman of the company with additional designation as Chief Operating Officer w.e.f 26 December 2018. Now, he has been redesignated as Chairman, Managing Director & Chief Operating Officer of the company.
Board approved the Notice of Extra Ordinary General Meeting scheduled to be held on 28 January 2019.
