Vinaditya Trading Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 October 2014, have discussed the under mentioned matter:

- Prabhu Kannan Chettiyar (Member of ICSI) has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company with effect from 01 October 2014.
