Board of Zydus Wellness recommends dividend

Of Rs 6.5 per share

Zydus Wellness announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 4 March 2016, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 6.5 per equity Share (i.e. 65%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
