Central Bank of India allots 16.57 cr equity shares

Under QIP issue

The Capital Raising Committee of the Board of Central Bank of India at its meeting held on 28 September 2020 approved the allotment of 16,57,99,736 equity shares to qualified institutional buyers at an issue price of Rs 15.38 per share aggregating to Rs 254.99 crore.

Pursuant to the allotment of equity shares in the QIP, the paid-up equity share capital of the Bank stands increased to Rs 5875.56 crore comprising of 587,55,62,460 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each.
