Cipla announces resignation of director

Cipla announced that Dr. Nachiket Mor, independent director has resigned from the directorship of the Company with effect from 07 August 2015. The Company places on record its appreciation for the valuable services rendered by Dr. Mor as a member of the Board and of its various Committees.
