Colgate-Palmolive (India) fixes record date for bonus issue

Record date is 24 September 2015

Colgate-Palmolive (India) announced that the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee has fixed 24 September 2015 as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the shareholders who are eligible to receive bonus shares in the proportion of 1 (one) equity share for every 1 (one) existing equity share held by the Members.
