CRISIL updates on buyback of shares

Buybacks 5,11,932 equity shares for a total consideration of Rs. 101.98 crore

CRISIL announced that in respect of the buyback of shares by the Company at a price not exceeding Rs. 2,310/- per share (Maximum Offer Price) and upto an aggregate amount of Rs. 102 crore (Maximum Offer Size), the Company has till date brought back 5,11,932 equity shares for a total consideration of Rs. 101.98 crore at an average price of Rs. 1,992.02 per share. The Company has thus deployed 99.98% of the total approved amount of Rs. 102 crore towards the Buyback.
