Cummins India standalone net profit declines 13.80% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales decline 6.84% to Rs 1038.11 crore

Net profit of Cummins India declined 13.80% to Rs 164.15 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 190.44 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 6.84% to Rs 1038.11 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 1114.32 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit declined 4.33% to Rs 751.85 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 785.85 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 6.52% to Rs 4603.05 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 4321.10 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
