Deepak Fertilizers to consider 2nd tranche allotment of FCCBs to IFC

On or after 30 September 2020

The Securities Issue Committee of Deepak Fertilizers & Petrochemicals Corp will meet on or after 30 September 2020 to consider the allotment of Second Tranche of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) aggregating to US$ 15 Million to International Finance Corporation (IFC) and matters related thereto, subject to receipt of funds from IFC.
