DFM Foods allots 22,500 equity shares under ESOP

DFM Foods has allotted 22500 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 2nd May, 2020, upon exercise of 22500 options by two eligible employees (grantees) under the DFM Foods Employee Stock Option Plan-2014.

Consequent to the said allotment, paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 10,02,61,760 divided into 50130880 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.
