From Delhi to Maharashtra

Dish TV India upon the approval given by the Regional Director, Northern Region, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, New Delhi has shifted the Registered Office of the Company from the National Capital Territory of Delhi to the State of Maharashra and has confirmed the alteration to the Situation Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the company.
