Dishman Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals standalone net profit rises 5.65% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales decline 14.83% to Rs 136.31 crore

Net profit of Dishman Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals rose 5.65% to Rs 23.19 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 21.95 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 14.83% to Rs 136.31 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 160.05 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 49.03% to Rs 87.15 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 58.48 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 1.76% to Rs 485.87 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 477.45 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
