Edelweiss Financial Services approves Rs 500 cr public issue of NCDs

Edelweiss Financial Services has approved a public issue of secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures of face value of Rs 1000 each for an amount up to Rs 200 crore with an option to retain oversubscription up to Rs 300 crore, aggregating up to Rs 500 crore (Tranche I issue).
