Educomp Solutions announced that in terms of the Corporate Debt Restructuring Package (CDR) of the Company and also for reducing the overall debt position (at consolidated level) the Company is actively considering and utilizing various option(s), including liquidating its stake in subsidiaries companies, to reduce the overall debt position of the Company at Consolidated level.
