Embassy Office Parks REIT allots NCDs aggregating Rs 300 cr

On private placement basis

Embassy Office Parks REIT has allotted 3000 rupee denominated, listed, rated, secured, redeemable, transferrable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) (6.80% quarterly coupon with a 5-year tenure) with face value Rs 10 lakh per debenture, aggregating to Rs 300 crore on a private placement basis. The NCDs will be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market of BSE.
