Emkay Global Financial Services announces change in compliance officer

With effect from 17 September 2015

Emkay Global Financial Services announced that the Company have appointed Ajay Bendkhale as its Compliance officer in keeping with the Regulation 18A of the SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-brokers) Regulations, 1992.

Further the Company has informed that, Ajay Bendkhale is a new appointment with effect from 17 September 2015 is a replacement in place of Vaibhav Purohit who has ceased to be Company's compliance officer with effect from 16 September 2015.
