Endurance Technologies announces merger of subsidiaries in Italy

Endurance Technologies announced the merger of Endurance Fondalmec S.p.A (EF SpA) with Endurance FOA S.p.A (EFOA SpA) with effect from 1 January, 2019.

These two entities are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Endurance Overseas Srl, Italy (a subsidiary of Endurance Technologies) and are therefore step-down subsidiaries of Endurance Technologies. This merger is aimed at simplification of the corporate structure and deriving synergies from consolidated operations.

Upon merger, EF SpA ceases to exist and the name of EFOA SpA stands changed to Endurance SpA.
