Future Lifestyle Fashions announces resignation of company secretary & compliance officer

With effect from 14 January 2015

Future Lifestyle Fashions announced that Kuldeep R. Sharma, Head-Legal & Company Secretary of the Company has resigned from the services of the Company.

His resignation has been accepted and he has been relieved of his responsibilities effective close of business hours on 14 January 2015. Consequence to his resignation as Company Secretary, Kuldeep R. Sharma also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company.
