GAIL (India) to hold board meeting

GAIL (India) will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 27 May 2015, to consider the audited financial results for the year ended on 31 March 2015 and also to consider recommendation of final dividend for FY 2014-15, if any, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
