Garware Polyester net profit declines 76.46% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales decline 7.96% to Rs 187.10 crore

Net profit of Garware Polyester declined 76.46% to Rs 5.52 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 23.45 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales declined 7.96% to Rs 187.10 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 203.29 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit declined 58.93% to Rs 11.38 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 27.71 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 9.46% to Rs 819.68 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 748.85 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
