GCM Securities to hold board meeting

GCM Securities will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 October 2014, to consider and approve the Unaudited Half Yearly Results for the period of six months ended September 30, 2014 for the Financial Year 2014-15, to consider a proposal for payment of Interim Dividend to the shareholders of the Company, and to fix the Record date for Split of Shares and dividend, if any.
