Genus Power Infrastructures allots 41,662 equity shares under ESOP

Genus Power Infrastructures has allotted 41,662 equity shares of face value of Re.1/- each at an exercise price of Rs.17.95/- per equity share under ESOP.

In terms of the aforesaid allotment of equity shares, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs.25,75,08,414/- comprising of 25,75,08,414 equity shares of Re.1/- each.
