Geometric announces appointment of director

Geometric announced that Marc Dulude has been appointed as Independent Director of the Company, in compliance with the requirements of Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.

The Board of Directors of the Company, by way of a circular resolution passed on 24 November 2014, has approved his appointment as an Additional Director of the Company.
