With effect from 06 November 2014
GlaxoSmithKline Pharma announced as under:1. The Board of Directors at its Meeting held on 06 November 2014 has appointed Andrew Aristidou as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of the Company from 01 December 2014.
2. Mehernosh Kapadia, current Chief Financial Officer and Senior Executive Director will retire from service on 30 November 2014 and will cease to be a Director of the Company from 01 December 2014.
The Board of Directors of the Company have placed on record its warm appreciation of the valuable services rendered by Mehernosh Kapadia as Director of the Company for over 18 years.
