Goa Carbon standalone net profit rises 143.12% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 110.53% to Rs 160.68 crore

Net profit of Goa Carbon rose 143.12% to Rs 11.84 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 4.87 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 110.53% to Rs 160.68 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 76.32 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 466.84% to Rs 53.85 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 9.50 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 98.06% to Rs 576.22 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 290.93 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
