Godrej Consumer Products has allotted 57,107 equity shares under Employee Stock Grant Scheme. Consequently, the issued capital of the Company stands increased to 1,02,25,74,504 equity shares of Re.1 each and the subscribed and paid up capital of the Company stands increased to 102,25,43,380 equity shares of face value Re.1 each.
