Gokaldas Exports opens QIP issue

On 24 April 2018

The Committee for fund raising of Board of Gokaldas Exports at its meeting held on 24 April 2018 has approved the following -

(i) Authorized opening of the Issue today (i.e. 24 April 2018);

(ii) Approved and taken on record the floor price for the QlP, based on the pricing formula as prescribed under Regulation 85 of the ICDR Regulations being, Rs 90.94 per Equity Share;and

(iii) Approved and adopted the preliminary placement document dated 24 April 2018, in connection with the Issue, (the Preliminary Placement Document).

The Relevant Date' for the purpose of the Issue, in terms of Regulation 81(c)(i) of the SEBI Regulations is 24 April 2018 and accordingly the floor price in respect of the Issue, based on the pricing formula as prescribed under Regulation 85(1) of the SEBl Regulations is Rs. 90.94 per Equity Share. [The Company may at its discretion offer a discount up to 5% on the floor price of the QIP.]
