Grasim Industries allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Grasim Industries announced that allotment of 1,423 Equity shares of Rs 10 each of the Company under Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2006.

Consequent to the above allotment, the equity shares capital of the Company stands increased to 9,33,47,529 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 93,34,75,290.
