Gravity (India) will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 29 May 2015, to consider, discuss and approve the Audited Financial Statements along with Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2015 and giving authority for publishing the same in prescribed format.
